Come with me on a morning walk to the woods and Lye Creek
A patch of milkweed.
Ringo, my companion.
A woods managed by Purdue University
Young trees and old.
Water here and there.
Lye Creek.
Sometimes a stream, sometimes a river, sometimes a mirror.
No deer today, nor fish, nor snakes but just a peaceful October Saturday morning creek.
